As the Department of Philosophy, we adopt the following principles in the functioning of the management mechanism in the new period.

10. Combining the Awareness that Differences are Richness with the Spirit of Philosophy
11. Overcoming Problems with Teamwork.
In this context, as the Department of Philosophy:
Striving to keep it at a level that is original, respected and preferable, in line with the mission and vision of Muş Alparslan University at national and international levels,
Shedding light on science with qualified academic studies at national and international levels,
Transferring student-centered education and training activities from national to international levels,
Ensuring the continuous improvement of the academic infrastructure in order to ensure that academic staff and students acquire the skills they will need to follow international developments,
Ensuring that goals are achieved by taking into account the satisfaction of students, employees, academic staff, internal and external stakeholders,
Ensuring that social contribution activities are sustainable,
Measures are taken to improve governance, education-training, research-development and social contribution processes with a quality assurance system that aims for continuous improvement.
