PROGRAM LEARNING OUTCOMES

Program Learning Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this program, students will be able to:
1 Raise creative individuals who have critical thinking and problem-solving skills, constantly renew their personal and professional development, are sensitive to the environment, respect differences, and can use their knowledge and skills for the benefit of humanity and the country.
2 Equipped with a sense of social responsibility, sensitive to nationwide problems, looking out for the public good, taking an active role in the fields of education, training, research and entrepreneurship, providing services that will support the development and progress of the city they live in.
3 Conduct interdisciplinary researches that produce knowledge and technology with the aim of becoming an innovative university that contributes to science and art at a universal level, respects ethical values, conducts research and project activities with qualified education quality based on university-society-industry cooperation.
4 Have knowledge of the conditions of functioning of relations between people and societies in the fields of social and behavioral sciences and human sciences and apply them in the society they live in.
5 Interpret and evaluate data using the knowledge and skills acquired in the fields of natural sciences, life sciences, mathematics and statistics, social and behavioral sciences, identify and analyze problems in line with technological developments, and conduct national and international research in the scientific field and offer solution suggestions in this direction.

6 Acquire basic knowledge of the field of existence, knowledge and value by possessing classical and contemporary expert qualifications in the field of philosophy.

7 Use the mind in a philosophical-scientific sense, use induction, deduction and analogy in this context, thus learn the rules of logical thinking, apply it in daily life and also learn and use scientific and philosophical methodology.

8 Approach all problems, ideas and approaches that are the subject of discussion rationally and critically; develop a critical and applicable value criterion by establishing a constructive relationship network between rationality and emotionality.

9 Gain the ability to integrate philosophical knowledge into life by assimilating it as a lifestyle.

10 Understand and interpret human actions on a sensory, cognitive and behavioral level and develop solution suggestions accordingly.
11 Reading and recognizing philosophical concepts in foreign languages. Being able to benefit from philosophical texts in foreign languages. 12 Learning the basic concepts of Turkish Islamic thought and recognizing new views in this field.
